The platform layer under every module
Modules do the business work; the platform makes them fit your company. Languages your team actually reads, forms with your fields, Excel in and out, an API to your other systems — and a permission and logging layer that keeps it all accountable.

02Why it matters
A generic system vs. one shaped to your company
Most ERP pain isn't missing modules — it's a system that refuses to bend.
A rigid, generic system
- The system's fields aren't your fields — so staff keep a side spreadsheet
- One language fits the office, loses the owner
- Data gets in by re-typing, and never gets out
- When something changes, nobody can say who did it
Flows with the platform layer
- Your fields live on the real forms, filters, and exports
- Everyone reads the system in their own language
- Excel templates move whole registers in and out
- Every action carries its user and timestamp

Why Flows
What makes Flows different
Not another generic ERP — a system built around how Thai SMEs actually buy, sell, and collect.
See how onboarding works →Priced per company, not per seat
One annual price, every module included. Add users freely within your tier — no feature gates, no seat fees.
Three languages with auto-translation
Thai, English & Chinese UI — and the data your team enters is translated automatically, so everyone reads the same records.
Your documents, exactly your format
Send us your invoice and receipt templates; our team configures them into Flows. Every document comes out looking like yours.
We walk you live — and stay
Five-step onboarding at no extra cost, then quarterly system stability reports. We don't disappear after go-live.
04Who feels the difference
Built for mixed-language, growing teams
“The biggest change is going from reacting to controlling. Receivables, payables, and stock used to live in different files — now one system tells us what needs attention today.”
05Questions
Frequently asked questions
What does the 'platform' cover in Flows ERP?
The layer every module shares: three-language UI with auto-translation, the custom form designer, bulk Excel import and export, the API, calendar reminders, staff accounts and departments, button-level permissions, and full operation logs.
Can different users work in different languages?
Yes — the language is per user. A Thai accountant, an English-speaking manager, and a Chinese owner each see the same system in their own language, reading the same records.
Do custom fields require a developer?
No. The form designer lets you add the fields your business needs to the system's forms, and they behave like built-in fields — visible on the record, usable in filters and Excel exports.
How is access controlled?
By departments, roles, and button-level permissions: you decide which roles can view, create, edit, export, or delete on each screen. Disabled staff accounts lose access immediately, and everything they did stays in the logs.
What do the operation logs record?
Logins and actions — who created, edited, or exported what, and when. It's the layer that turns 'someone changed this' into a name and a timestamp.
Is the platform layer an extra module we pay for?
No — Flows pricing is per company per year with every module and the platform layer included. There are no feature gates between tiers.
