Pricing questions
Is the price per user or per company?
Per company, per year. Within your tier (up to 15 users, or 15–50 users) you can add users freely — we never charge per seat, and every module is included in every plan.
What's included in the annual price?
The full system with every module, unlimited contracts and documents, hosting on our servers with updates and backups, Excel import templates for migrating your data, your company's document templates configured by our team, staff training, and ongoing support.
What if we have more than 50 users?
Contact us for a direct quote — we price larger deployments individually based on team size and infrastructure needs.
How is custom development priced?
We scope your requirements first — for example an API connection to your website, custom statistics, or a special module — then quote a fixed price for the project on top of your annual plan.
Can we switch from single-language to multi-language later?
Yes — you pay the difference for the current year and the multi-language interface with auto-translation is enabled on your existing data.
Can we try the multi-language version before buying?
In a 1-on-1 demo, yes — book one and we'll show the three-language interface and auto-translation live. The self-serve trial is single-language for now, so the demo is the honest way to evaluate this plan.
