Founded in Bangkok in 2025, Yangshu was built by a team of engineers who believe that good business software should solve real problems — not just look impressive in a sales presentation.
Yangshu builds ERP, industrial, AI, and automation software, engineered by teams across Thailand and China. Every system runs natively in Thai, English, and Chinese — and can let staff work in their own language while colleagues read the same records in theirs.
Our story
Started from problems we kept seeing in real businesses.
Yangshu is an engineering company, not a reseller — we write every system ourselves. Our products exist because we kept seeing the same operational problems that off-the-shelf software never quite solved.
With R&D teams across Thailand and China, we pair Southeast Asian market insight with serious engineering depth — and we stay past go-live, judged by what actually runs in production, not what looks good in a pitch.

Industrial Equipment — Sales & LeasingChallenge
A Bangkok-based dealer and lessor of heavy industrial machinery was managing over 1,500 active contracts — sales installments, operating leases, and service agreements — adding around 300 new contracts a year and processing roughly 2,000 cheques every month, all across five branches using Excel files synchronized manually between locations. Month-end reconciliation took a full week and billing errors were frequent.
Outcome
Flows ERP consolidated every contract, billing cycle, and customer credit record into one system. It now calculates penalty interest on overdue payments automatically — and keeps a full history of past penalty amounts and collections records for each contract. Month-end close dropped from one week to two days, billing errors were eliminated, and the sales team can check a customer's full contract and payment history in real time from any branch.
Anqiu Co., Ltd
Metal FabricationChallenge
Anqiu Co., Ltd fabricates sheet-metal parts across a wide range of gauges and alloys, cutting hundreds of orders every week. Cut planning was done entirely by hand — an experienced operator laying out each nesting pattern on paper from memory and feel — which left 12–18% of every sheet as unusable offcut. Worse, that knowledge lived only in one person's head: when he was on leave, throughput fell and scrap climbed, and quoting the material cost of a new job accurately in advance was almost impossible.
Outcome
Our cutting optimization software brought average material waste below 5% within two months of deployment. The system now generates optimal nesting layouts automatically from each production order — for sheets, bars, and tube stock — and prints a plan the machine operator can follow directly. Manual layout planning dropped from 2 hours per shift to under 15 minutes, material cost per job became predictable enough to quote from, and the expertise that used to live in one head is now built into the software and repeatable on every shift.
Dr. P Pet Clinic
Animal HealthcareChallenge
Dr. P Pet Clinic runs three locations across the city, and each one had grown up on its own spreadsheet-based system. Patient records, vaccination and appointment history, prescriptions, and billing all had to be synchronized by hand between branches — so a pet seen at one clinic arrived as a stranger at the next. Duplicate records piled up, vaccination reminders slipped through the cracks, and reconciling each day's billing across all three sites was a nightly chore prone to error.
Outcome
Vet Manbi gave all three locations a single shared patient database — appointment scheduling, vaccination and prescription records, and invoicing in one place. Double data entry disappeared, automatic reminders brought pets back on schedule for vaccinations and follow-ups, and front-desk wait times dropped by 40% because a patient's full history was on screen before they walked in. Owners now book at whichever branch is convenient and are recognized everywhere, and end-of-day billing reconciles across all three sites automatically.
