Excel in, Excel out — because that's how business data really moves

Your history lives in spreadsheets, your bank statement arrives as one, and your accountant wants one back. Flows treats Excel as a first-class door: validated bulk imports on the way in, filtered exports — attachments included — on the way out.

Excel in, Excel out — because that's how business data really moves

01

Imports with a template and a referee

Every major register imports the same way: download the Excel template, fill it, upload. Flows validates the batch and reports what's wrong — a duplicated code, a missing required field — before anything enters the system. Hundreds of customers or a whole contract book land in minutes.

  • Templates for every register
  • Validation report before commit
  • Customers, suppliers, contracts, stock
  • The self-service migration path

Excel as an operating channel, not just setup

Import isn't only for day one. Write off a bank statement's worth of receipts in one upload, confirm a day's outbound in batch, and keep using the spreadsheet skills your team already has — with the system doing the checking.

  • Batch write-offs via Excel
  • Outbound & inbound via Excel
  • Validated like every import
  • Familiar tools, safer results

Exports that satisfy the accountant

Filter any list — customers, contracts, documents, stock cards — and export exactly that to Excel. Attached files export in bulk too, so 'send me everything on this customer' is one action, and month-end packs are downloads rather than rebuilds.

  • Stock cards & statistics too

Why Flows

What makes Flows different

Not another generic ERP — a system built around how Thai SMEs actually buy, sell, and collect.

See how onboarding works
  1. Priced per company, not per seat

One annual price, every module included. Add users freely within your tier — no feature gates, no seat fees.

  2. Three languages with auto-translation

Thai, English & Chinese UI — and the data your team enters is translated automatically, so everyone reads the same records.

  3. Your documents, exactly your format

Send us your invoice and receipt templates; our team configures them into Flows. Every document comes out looking like yours.

  4. We walk you live — and stay

Five-step onboarding at no extra cost, then quarterly system stability reports. We don't disappear after go-live.

Frequently asked questions

What can be imported into Flows ERP via Excel?

The major registers: customers, suppliers, sales and purchase contracts, products, and opening stock. Each has its own template with the columns the system expects.

What happens if my file has errors?

The validation report names them — row by row — before anything is committed: duplicated codes, missing required fields, malformed values. Fix the sheet, upload again, and only clean data enters.

Is data migration done by Yangshu?

Migration is customer self-service by design: you download the templates, fill them from your old files, and import — usually during onboarding's parallel-run week, with our team guiding. That keeps your data in your hands and your team confident with the tool.

Can we write off payments from a bank statement?

Yes — the Excel write-off channel exists exactly for that. Fill the template from the statement, upload, and Flows validates and settles the periods in bulk.

Can attachments be exported too?

Yes — files attached to records (contract scans, customer documents) export in bulk alongside the data, so a complete handover or audit package is one action.

Who is allowed to import and export?

Whoever you permit — import and export rights are part of the role-based, button-level permission layer, and each operation is logged with its user and time.
