What does Flows remind us about?
Everything with a date on a plan: payment periods in and out, delivery and receiving schedules, and collection follow-ups. If it can be missed, it carries a reminder.
Do we have to create reminders manually?
No — reminders are generated with the plans themselves. Create a contract with a 12-period schedule and twelve due-date reminders exist with it; there is no separate list to maintain or forget.
Where do reminders appear?
On the record they belong to, in the company calendar, and among your notifications in the message center — so both the person responsible and anyone reviewing the record see the same date.
What happens if a reminder is ignored and the period goes overdue?
The period flags itself as overdue in the write-off center. If you use collections, the contract enters the milestone timeline and penalty interest can accrue by its rules — the escalation is built, not improvised.
Can each person see just their own obligations?
Yes — the calendar serves both views: the owner scans the company's whole week, while each colleague works from what's theirs.
Does the calendar cover collection activities too?
