Thai, English, Chinese — one system every reader understands
In mixed teams the ERP usually speaks one language and loses everyone else. In Flows each user picks Thai, English, or Chinese — and the data your team enters is translated automatically, so the accountant in Bangkok and the owner reading Chinese see the same records, not copies.

01
A language per user, not per company
The interface language is a personal setting: sales works in Thai, a foreign manager in English, the owner in Chinese — all inside the same system at the same time. No separate installs, no second database, no 'English version' that lags behind.
- Set per user, switch anytime
- Covers every module and screen
- One system, one database
- No copies to keep in sync

Entered data translates itself
The hard part isn't menu labels — it's the customer names, product names, and notes your team types in Thai. Flows translates entered data automatically, and when a term must be exact — a legal name, a technical part — you can adjust the translation on the record.
- Records auto-translated
- Adjust any translation manually
- Numbers identical in every language
- Same record behind every view

Documents follow the language too
The same contract can produce a Thai invoice for the accounting file and an English one for the customer's parent company. Output documents in Thai, English, or Chinese from one record — the language changes, the numbers don't.
- Documents in any of the three
- One record behind each version
- On your company templates
- No re-typing between languages

Frequently asked questions
Which languages does Flows ERP support?
Thai, English, and Chinese — for the interface, for entered data via auto-translation, and for output documents. Each user picks their own language and can switch at any time.
How does auto-translation of entered data work?
When your team enters customer names, product names, or notes, Flows produces the other languages automatically, so colleagues reading in another language see meaningful records instead of blanks. Where a term must be exact, edit the translation on the record.
Can we correct a translation the system got wrong?
Yes — translations are editable per record. Legal company names and technical terms are the usual candidates; once corrected, everyone reading that language sees your version.
Can documents be issued in English or Chinese?
Yes. Invoices, billing notes, tax invoices, and receipts can be output in Thai, English, or Chinese from the same record, on your company templates — a Thai copy for the books and an English one for the customer is a normal day.
Is multi-language included in every plan?
It's what the multi-language plan is for — 75,000–105,000 THB per year depending on team size, versus 55,000–85,000 for single-language. Both include every module; the difference is exactly this layer.
Do we need separate systems for each language?
No — that's the point. One system, one database; the language is just how each user reads it. Nothing is copied, so nothing can drift out of sync.
