For service businesses — no goods, all obligations
A service firm sells promises on a schedule: project phases, monthly retainers, support hours. There's no stock to count — but there are absolutely plans to keep, invoices to send on the right day, and fees to chase politely but relentlessly. That's Flows without the warehouse.
Sound familiar?
- Project billing dates live in the project manager's calendar — sometimes
- Retainers renew silently, get billed late, or not at all
- Service fees age gracefully into 'we'll pay next month'
- Which client relationships are actually profitable? Unclear

Why Flows
What makes Flows different
Not another generic ERP — a system built around how Thai SMEs actually buy, sell, and collect.

One annual price, every module included. Add users freely within your tier — no feature gates, no seat fees.
Three languages with auto-translation
Thai, English & Chinese UI — and the data your team enters is translated automatically, so everyone reads the same records.
Your documents, exactly your format
Send us your invoice and receipt templates; our team configures them into Flows. Every document comes out looking like yours.
We walk you live — and stay
Five-step onboarding at no extra cost, then quarterly system stability reports. We don't disappear after go-live.
“Flows gives us fine-grained accounting per contract and shows exactly where the money flows — it turned our finance work from bookkeeping into real financial management.”
Frequently asked questions
We don't have inventory — is Flows still a fit?
Yes — the contract-to-cash spine is the product: contracts, payment plans, invoicing, write-offs, collections, and dashboards. The inventory module simply sits unused; every plan includes all modules anyway, so nothing is wasted by skipping one.
Can Flows bill monthly retainers automatically on schedule?
Model the retainer as a contract whose plan has a period per month — each period raises its reminder and is invoiced from the contract, so renewals and billing days stop depending on memory.
How do we handle project-phase billing?
Phases become periods on the payment plan with amounts and expected dates; when a phase completes, its invoice generates from the contract, and the write-off center tracks what's been collected.
What happens when a client lets fees age?
The period flags itself, reminders continue, and the collections timeline takes over when you decide — calls logged, letters generated with proof, penalty interest if your engagement terms carry it.
Can we track time and staff utilization in Flows?
No — timesheets and utilization stay in your existing tools. Flows manages the commercial layer: the engagement, its billing plan, the receivables, and the relationship record.
