The customer database — one record that holds the whole relationship
A customer is more than a name and a phone number: it's contacts, addresses, papers, deals, and history. The Flows customer record holds all of it — structured enough to filter and export, connected enough that the money side is one tab away.

01
Everything about the customer, on the record
Multiple contact people with roles and phones; multiple addresses — billing, warehouses, sites — each usable where it belongs; company papers attached to the record itself. When someone asks 'what do we know about this customer?', the answer is the record, complete.
- Contacts with roles & phones
- Addresses for billing & delivery
- Company papers attached
- One complete answer

A database you can actually work
Filter and search by any field, hide the columns you don't use and reorder the ones you do, then export the filtered list — attachments included — to Excel. Import works the same in reverse: hundreds of customers from a validated template.
- Filters & search on any field
- Columns hidden & reordered
- Filtered exports with files
- Validated bulk import

Connected to the money, guarded by history
The customer's sales contracts sit one tab away with value and payment progress; follow-ups and @ mentions run on the record; and the edit history says who changed the credit limit and when. CRM data you can act on — and audit.
- Contracts one tab away
- Follow-ups on the record
- Edit history per field change
- Act on it, audit it

Frequently asked questions
What does a customer record hold in Flows ERP?
The company's details and papers, multiple contact people, multiple addresses, its sales contracts with payment progress, the follow-up thread, and the full edit history — the relationship in one structured place.
Can a customer have several delivery addresses?
Yes — record as many addresses as the relationship needs, and pick the right one per delivery. Billing and shipping stop competing for one field.
How do filters and column settings work?
Filter and search by any field to isolate the customers you need; hide columns you never use and reorder the rest. Each person shapes the list to their own work.
Can we export customer data and their files?
Yes — export the filtered list to Excel, and the attachments on those records in bulk. A complete customer package for an audit or handover is one action.
How is this page different from the Customers & CRM overview?
The overview positions CRM-inside-ERP and maps the whole area. This page goes deep on the record itself — its structure, its list views, and its linkage to contracts and history.
Who can edit customer data?
Roles you permit — with button-level permissions per action, and an edit history that records who changed what, when, regardless.
