A CRM that lives where the money is
A standalone CRM knows who your customers are; it doesn't know who owes you money. In Flows the customer record sits directly on top of contracts, receivables, and collections — so 'how is this customer doing' means facts, not recollections.

01What a customer record holds
Identity, history, and everything attached
Six capabilities make the customer register the front door to the rest of Flows.
Contacts & details
Multiple contact people with their phones and roles — plus the company's registration papers attached.
Multiple addresses
Billing address, warehouse addresses, site addresses — pick the right one per delivery.
Contracts on the record
Every sales contract with this customer, one tab away — value, status, and payment progress.
Follow-ups & @ mentions
Log visits and calls; @ a colleague to hand off. Each note can be public or restricted to the people involved.
Edit history
Who created the record, who changed the credit term, and when — the audit trail is automatic.
Excel in & out
Import hundreds of customers from the template; export filtered lists and attached files in bulk.
02Why CRM inside the ERP
A separate CRM vs. customers inside Flows
The comparison that matters isn't features — it's whether sales and money share one truth.
Standalone CRM + separate books
- The CRM says 'great customer'; the books say 90 days overdue
- Sales promises terms finance never sees
- Two systems, two logins, and a sync that breaks
- Customer history splits across tools when staff change
Customers inside Flows
- The record shows deals and debts side by side
- Credit terms live on the contract both teams see
- One system, one login, no sync at all
- The full relationship survives any handover

05Questions
Frequently asked questions
What is a CRM, and what does Flows' version do?
CRM — customer relationship management — is the discipline of keeping every customer's identity, contacts, and history in one system. Flows' customer module does that, with one difference from standalone CRMs: the record links straight to the customer's contracts, receivables, and collection history.
Why keep customer management inside the ERP instead of a separate CRM?
Because in B2B the relationship IS the money. When the same record carries deals, credit terms, and outstanding balances, sales and finance stop working from different versions of the customer — and nothing needs syncing.
Can a customer have several contacts and addresses?
Yes — as many contact people and addresses as the relationship needs, each usable in the right place: a billing address for documents, warehouse addresses for deliveries.
How do team follow-ups work?
Log calls, visits, and progress notes on the customer; @ mention a colleague to bring them in. Each note can be visible company-wide or restricted to the people involved — useful for sensitive negotiations.
Can we import our customer list from Excel?
Yes — download the template, fill it, upload, and Flows validates the batch. Attachments can be bulk-exported later the same way. It's the standard self-service path during onboarding.
Who can see or edit customer data?
That's governed by Flows' button-level permissions — you decide which roles can view, create, edit, or export. Every edit is logged with the user and time regardless.
