A warehouse management system that answers to the contract

Stock in Flows isn't a separate world from your money. Goods leave because a sales contract says so, arrive because a purchase contract says so — and every movement across your warehouses traces back to the document that caused it.

01What the module covers

From receiving dock to delivery truck

Six capabilities cover the daily life of stock — each one recorded, each one traceable.

Multi-warehouse stock

See every product's quantity split across warehouses, with per-warehouse detail views.

Outbound & inbound

Confirm shipments and receipts against contract plans — partial, batch, or via Excel.

Transfers

Move goods between warehouses — Chiang Mai to Bangkok — with both sides recorded.

Returns, both ways

Sales returns bring goods back in; purchase returns send them back out — with reasons.

Low-stock alerts

Set minimums per product and get flagged before you sell what you don't have.

02Before & after

Stock counted in Excel vs. stock that counts itself

If the warehouse sheet is updated 'when someone has time', it's already wrong.

The warehouse spreadsheet

  • Quantities true as of the last manual count
  • Which warehouse has it? Call and ask
  • Returns and damage adjust quietly — or never
  • Selling stock you don't have, discovering it later

Live stock in Flows

  • Every confirmation moves the number the moment it happens
  • Per-warehouse quantities on one screen
  • Adjustments and returns carry reasons and audit trails
  • Low-stock alerts fire before the promise is broken

03Stock follows the deal

How goods and records move together

02Movement confirmed

Outbound or inbound, against the plan — partial is fine.

03Stock updates

The chosen warehouse's balance changes instantly.

Why Flows

What makes Flows different

Not another generic ERP — a system built around how Thai SMEs actually buy, sell, and collect.

See how onboarding works
  1. Priced per company, not per seat

One annual price, every module included. Add users freely within your tier — no feature gates, no seat fees.

  2. Three languages with auto-translation

Thai, English & Chinese UI — and the data your team enters is translated automatically, so everyone reads the same records.

  3. Your documents, exactly your format

Send us your invoice and receipt templates; our team configures them into Flows. Every document comes out looking like yours.

  4. We walk you live — and stay

Five-step onboarding at no extra cost, then quarterly system stability reports. We don't disappear after go-live.

05Questions

Frequently asked questions

Is Flows a warehouse management system (WMS) or an ERP?

Flows is an ERP whose inventory module does the warehouse work most SMEs need — multi-warehouse stock, in/out confirmation, transfers, returns, adjustments, alerts, and stock cards — with the advantage that every movement links to the contract and money side automatically.

How does multi-warehouse stock work?

Define your warehouses in business settings; every movement then names its warehouse. You see each product's total and its split across warehouses, and transfers move quantities between them with both sides recorded.

How do we record damaged or lost goods?

With a stock adjustment: choose the product, the quantity, and the reason — damage, loss, count correction — and the balance updates with the reason kept for the audit trail.

Can customers return goods?

Yes — a sales return brings goods back into the chosen warehouse against the original contract. Purchase returns work the other way: goods go back out to the supplier, recorded with the reason.

How do low-stock alerts work?

Set a minimum per product; when the balance falls below it, Flows flags the product so purchasing can act before sales are blocked.

How is product cost handled?

Each product carries its cost method, price, and unit settings from business settings — used consistently in contracts, movements, and the data center's supply-chain view.

Can we import our current stock into Flows?

Yes — products and opening stock import via Excel templates with validation reports, the same self-service path as customers and contracts. Most teams do it during onboarding's parallel-run week.
