How many warehouses can Flows ERP manage?
Flows can manage as many warehouses as your business has. Set them up in settings, and every stock movement after that records its warehouse.
Can I see one product's stock across all warehouses?
The product view shows how much of it is in each warehouse. You can also open a warehouse to see everything it holds.
How does stock get into the right warehouse?
Every time goods come in, go out, or are adjusted, you choose which warehouse it applies to. Flows then updates that warehouse's quantity, so each warehouse's stock stays correct.
What if one warehouse is short and another has plenty?
You can transfer stock between them. The transfer records the goods leaving one warehouse and arriving at the other, so both quantities stay correct.
Can we import opening stock for each warehouse?
You can import opening stock with our Excel templates, naming the warehouse on each row. Most teams do this during onboarding, before switching over.
