Can I see one product's stock across all warehouses?
Yes — the product view shows the split per warehouse, and the warehouse view shows everything one location holds. Both read from the same movements.
How does stock get into the right warehouse?
At confirmation time: inbound and outbound confirmations, returns, and adjustments each name their warehouse, so balances stay correct location by location without a separate assignment step.
What if one warehouse is short and another has plenty?
Transfer between them — the transfer records the goods leaving one warehouse and arriving at the other, keeping both ledgers true. See the transfers & returns page for the details.
Do low-stock alerts work per warehouse?
Alerts are set per product against its minimum, and the per-warehouse views show where the remaining stock sits — so purchasing knows both that it's low and where.
Can we import opening stock for each warehouse?
