Which documents can Flows ERP generate?
Flows generates invoices, billing notes, full-form tax invoices, receipts, delivery notes, contracts, and other documents your company uses, such as quotations. Each one uses your company's template and can be issued in Thai, English, or Chinese.
Can documents be issued in English or Chinese?
Flows keeps one record and can produce the document in Thai, English, or Chinese. This helps when your customers or head office read a different language from your team.
How do our company templates get into Flows?
Send us the template files you use today, and the Yangshu team sets them up during onboarding. If a template changes later, just send us the new file and we'll update it for you.
Does Flows support e-Tax Invoice?
e-Tax Invoice isn't part of the standard system at the moment. Sending e-Tax Invoices directly to the tax authorities can be added as custom development, so please talk to us if you need it.
Where are generated documents kept?
Every document generated in Flows, from contracts to invoices and receipts, is created, stored, and downloaded in the Document Management module. You can open or download any past document at any time, including several at once.
