Invoices, tax invoices & receipts — issued from one contract
The papers Thai business runs on don't get re-typed in Flows. Pick the contract, pick the document, and it comes out on your company's own template — numbers matching the record, in Thai, English, or Chinese.

01The document chain
Every paper in the deal, in order
A single sale produces a chain of documents. Flows generates each one from the same contract record, so they always agree with each other.
02Templates as a service
Your documents, in exactly your format
Flows doesn't force a generic layout on your business. Your own document templates go into the system — and our team does that part for you.
01Send us your files
Your current invoice, receipt, and contract templates — Word, Excel, or PDF, exactly as you use them today.
02We configure them
The Yangshu team sets your templates up inside Flows as part of onboarding. No template editor to learn.
03Generate from any contract
From then on, every document comes out looking like yours — with the contract's data filled in automatically.
03Before & after
Re-typing documents vs. generating them
Most teams come to Flows from Word and Excel files. Here's what changes.
Typing each document by hand
- Amounts copied from a spreadsheet — typos reach the customer
- Each installment means another round of copy-paste
- The bilingual version is a second document to maintain
- Old documents live in folders, named by whoever saved them
Generating them in Flows
- Amounts come from the contract — the paper always matches the record
- Each installment's documents are one click, numbered automatically
- Thai, English, or Chinese output from the same record
- Every generated file is archived on its contract, findable in seconds

05Questions
Frequently asked questions
Which documents can Flows ERP generate?
Invoices, billing notes, full-form tax invoices, receipts, delivery notes, and the contract documents themselves — all generated from the contract record on your company's templates, in Thai, English, or Chinese.
Can documents be issued in English or Chinese?
Yes. Flows keeps one record and can output the document in Thai, English, or Chinese — useful when your customers or your head office read a different language than your team.
How do our company templates get into Flows?
You send us your current template files and the Yangshu team configures them into the system during onboarding. When a template changes later, send the new file and we update it — there is no template editor you have to learn.
Does Flows do quotations or e-Tax Invoice?
Not as standard features. Quotations and e-Tax Invoice (direct filing with the Revenue Department) are custom-development topics — talk to us if you need them. The standard document chain starts at the signed contract.
Where do generated documents go afterwards?
Every generated file is archived on its contract, next to the scanned attachments. You can reopen and download any past invoice or receipt, and export document data in bulk to Excel.
What stops the document and the accounts from drifting apart?
There's nothing to drift: the document is produced from the same record that drives the payment plan and write-offs. If the contract says ฿86,400, the invoice says ฿86,400 — no manual copy in between.
