Full-form tax invoices, with the VAT done for you
A tax invoice has to be right — both parties' tax IDs, the 7% VAT, the required wording. Flows fills all of it from the contract onto your company's template, so the document that reaches the Revenue Department file is correct the first time.

01
Everything a full-form tax invoice requires
Seller and buyer names, addresses, and 13-digit tax IDs, the document number and date, item lines, and the VAT amount shown separately — Flows lays them out in the format Thai accounting expects, on your own template rather than a generic form.
- Both parties' tax IDs filled in
- Required fields, correct layout
- Your template, your logo
- Running numbers per document type

7% VAT calculated, never typed
The taxable amount comes from the contract, the 7% is computed by the system, and the total is the sum of the two — three numbers that always agree. When a rate ever differs by agreement, the calculation follows what the record says.
- VAT computed from the record
- Subtotal, VAT, and total always consistent
- No copy-paste from a calculator
- Amounts trace to the contract

Issued in sequence with the rest of the paper trail
The tax invoice sits between the invoice and the receipt in the document chain. Because all three generate from the same contract, your VAT file, your receivables, and your customer's paperwork stay in step — and every copy is archived on the contract.
- Part of the same document chain
- Archived with the contract
- Reprint or download any past copy
- Thai, English, or Chinese output

Frequently asked questions
What has to be on a full-form tax invoice in Thailand?
The word 'tax invoice' shown clearly, the seller's and buyer's names, addresses, and tax IDs, the document number and date, the goods or services, the amount before VAT, the VAT amount, and the total. Flows fills every field from the contract onto your template.
What's the difference between a full-form and an abbreviated tax invoice?
An abbreviated tax invoice (อย่างย่อ) is the short retail form that doesn't identify the buyer — common at points of sale. A full-form tax invoice identifies both parties with tax IDs, which business buyers need to claim their input VAT. Flows issues the full form.
How do I issue a tax invoice in Flows ERP?
Open the contract, choose 'tax invoice' as the document type, and Flows generates it on your template with the amounts and both parties' details filled in. The number is assigned automatically and the copy is archived on the contract.
Does Flows calculate the 7% VAT automatically?
Yes. The taxable amount comes from the contract, the system computes the VAT, and the total is derived — so the three figures on the document always agree with each other and with the record.
Does Flows support e-Tax Invoice filing with the Revenue Department?
Not as a standard feature — e-Tax Invoice integration is a custom-development topic. The standard module produces the paper/PDF full-form tax invoice on your template.
Can we reprint a tax invoice from last year?
Yes. Every issued document is archived on its contract with its number and date — reopen, download, or reprint any past copy without hunting through folders.
Can the tax invoice be in English?
Yes — output in Thai, English, or Chinese from the same record. Many exporters issue the Thai version for the VAT file and an English version for the customer.
