For contractors — where the project is the contract
Contracting money is milestone money: billed per phase, held back in retentions, and collected from clients bigger than you. Flows puts the project's commercial spine on records — the payment plan per milestone, the materials per site, and the paper trail that gets slow payers moving.
Sound familiar?
- Progress billing tracked in a spreadsheet only the estimator understands
- Materials bought centrally, consumed on sites, reconciled never
- The developer's 90-day term quietly becomes 150
- When you finally escalate, the paper trail is a shoebox

Why Flows
What makes Flows different
Not another generic ERP — a system built around how Thai SMEs actually buy, sell, and collect.
See how onboarding works →Priced per company, not per seat
One annual price, every module included. Add users freely within your tier — no feature gates, no seat fees.
Three languages with auto-translation
Thai, English & Chinese UI — and the data your team enters is translated automatically, so everyone reads the same records.
Your documents, exactly your format
Send us your invoice and receipt templates; our team configures them into Flows. Every document comes out looking like yours.
We walk you live — and stay
Five-step onboarding at no extra cost, then quarterly system stability reports. We don't disappear after go-live.
“Flows strings the whole flow together for us — signing, execution, collection. The key nodes of every contract are visible at a glance.”
Frequently asked questions
Can Flows handle progress billing (เบิกงวดงาน)?
Yes — model the project's phases as the contract's payment plan: each milestone is a period with its amount and expected date, invoiced from the contract when the phase completes, and settled in the write-off center when the client pays.
How do retentions fit in?
As their own periods on the plan — a retention is simply a late period with a known amount and its own due date, so it's never forgotten, and it shows in receivables until genuinely collected.
Can we track materials per construction site?
Yes — treat sites as warehouses: transfers move materials from the central store to Site B on record, per-site balances show what's where, and stock cards keep the per-item ledger.
What helps when a developer pays slowly?
The collections module: overdue periods flag themselves, every call and promise lands on the milestone timeline, demand letters generate with delivery proof, and penalty interest — if your contract carries it — accrues daily by its rules.
Does Flows do construction project management — schedules, BOQ, subcontractor work?
No — and we'd rather be clear: Flows manages the commercial spine (contracts, billing, materials stock, collections, cash). Site scheduling and BOQ stay in your existing tools; custom development is possible if you need a bridge.
