Payment plans that build themselves — money in and money out

The schedule is where deals go wrong by hand: a formula slips, a period is forgotten, interest is guessed. In Flows you state the terms once and the plan generates itself — on sales contracts for money coming in, on purchase contracts for money going out.

The plan is what everything else obeys

Reminders fire from the plan's due dates, write-offs settle against its periods, documents bill its installments, and overdue periods escalate from it. One schedule, one truth — for receivables and payables alike.

  • Reminders from due dates

  • Invoices bill installments

Why Flows

What makes Flows different

Not another generic ERP — a system built around how Thai SMEs actually buy, sell, and collect.

Frequently asked questions

How do I create a payment schedule in Flows ERP?

On the contract, enter the amount, number of periods, credit term or start date, the interest method (or none), and any down payment — then generate. The full schedule appears with per-period amounts and due dates, ready to adjust before saving.

Which interest methods are supported?

Four: equal principal, equal installment on the reducing balance (ลดต้นลดดอก), flat rate on the original principal, and interest-free credit terms. You choose per contract; most trading deals use plain credit terms.

Can a plan include a down payment?

Yes — state the down payment in the terms and the schedule builds around it, with the remaining periods covering the balance.

Can we edit a plan after it's saved?

Yes — plans are editable, and every change lands in the audit log, so the schedule can follow a renegotiation without losing its history.

Do purchase contracts get the same engine?

Yes — payment plans on purchase contracts mirror receivable plans on sales contracts: same generation, same methods, same reminders — just money flowing out instead of in.

What happens when a period isn't paid?

It flags itself overdue, keeps reminding, and — if you use those modules — the contract can enter collections with penalty interest accruing by its configured rules.
