How do our templates get into Flows ERP?
Send us the template files you use today, such as invoices, receipts, and contracts, and the Yangshu team sets them up for you. This happens in step four of onboarding.
What file formats can we send?
Word and Excel files can be used directly, and PDFs work as a reference that we rebuild from. Please send whatever you have, and we'll match the documents you use today.
How do we change a template later?
Send us the updated file and we'll make the change. Documents generated after that use the new format, while documents already issued stay as they were.
Is there a template editor we can use ourselves?
A self-service template editor is in development and isn't available yet. For now, send us your file and we'll set it up for you.
Will generated documents match our template?
During onboarding, we generate documents from your real data and you compare them with the ones you use today. This happens before you go live, so any differences are fixed first.
