How do our templates get into Flows ERP?
You send your current template files — invoices, receipts, contracts — and the Yangshu team configures them into the system during onboarding. It's step four of the five-step onboarding path.
What file formats can we send?
Word and Excel files work directly as sources; PDFs serve as reference layouts we rebuild from. Send what you have — matching your current paper is the goal.
How do we change a template later?
Send the updated file and we swap it in — documents generated afterwards use the new format, while previously generated copies stay archived as they were issued.
Is there a template editor we can use ourselves?
Deliberately not. Template work is a service: you send files, we configure them, your team never fights a layout tool. If you'd rather tweak templates weekly yourself, we're honest that Flows takes a different approach.
How many templates can we have?
The set your business runs on — each document type can have its layout, and bilingual businesses typically keep Thai and English versions of the key papers.
Do generated documents match the template exactly?
